LIHEAP Season is here!

Beginning October 1, 2021, applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program will be accepted from households with the following:

-at least one member age 60 or older

-a disabled member

-a written disconnection notice

-currently disconnected from their heating source or electricity


All other households must wait until November 1, 2021, to apply.

NEW: EMBRACE IOWA 2021

NEICAC is now accepting applications for the Embrace Iowa program for residents in our seven-county service area. The project supports households to meet a variety of needs including, but not limited to: beds, clothing, car repairs, medical expenses, furniture, rent, utilities, home repairs, household items and appliances.
