ANNUAL REPORT

Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation's Annual Report 2018 - This is my second year writing to you as the Executive Director of Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) and I feel just as grateful and humbled as I did the first. NEICAC experienced success in 2018, but also faces challenges ahead. We continue to see many changes in staffing and processes, but the one thing that stays consistent is the dedication of our Board, employees and our programs in helping others in need. Our agency cannot afford to stand still when we live in such times of change... READ MORE

FINANCIAL REPORTS

IRS FORM 990

The IRS Form 990 is titled "Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax." It is submitted by tax-exempt organizations and non-profit organizations to provide the Internal Revenue Service with annual financial information. The Form 990 provides the public with financial information about a given organization, and is often the only source of such information. It is also used by government agencies to prevent organizations from abusing their tax-exempt status.

Public Inspection IRC 6104(d) regulations state that an organization must provide copies of its three most recent Form 990s to anyone who requests them, whether in person, by mail, fax, or e-mail.

MESSAGES OF APPRECIATION

Embrace Iowa

"Embrace Iowa helped our family be getting us a stove. The stove we had was hazardous. When we would cook on it, it would stink the whole house up. Also, it leaked underneath the stove. That stove was so small that my two year old son could see inside the pan without standing on anything. Now, with our new stove we can cook without smelling anything or without cleaning up a leaky mess. Thanks so much for our new stove. We really appreciated it."
