Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation operates three food pantries. We operate the Bremer County Food Pantry within our Bremer County Family Service Office located at 117 West Bremer Avenue in Waverly. The Howard county Food Pantry is located in our Howard County Family Service Office at 204 2nd Avenue East in Cresco. The Winneshiek County Food Pantry is located in our Winneshiek County Family Service Office in the basement of the Smith Building at 305 Montgomery Street in Decorah.
