Early Childhood Programs Director Full-time position based in Decorah. Responsible for overall administration, operation, coordination and management of Head Start & Early Head Start programs as outlined in Head Start Performance Standards. Must develop in-depth knowledge of program performance standards, federal, state and local regulations in addition to program fiscal management. Responsible for acquiring ECP funding and to ensure all ECP components meet standards. Directly and indirectly supervises all ECP employees. Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Services or related field in addition to 3-5 years of leadership or management experience required. Must also possess interpersonal, communication and human services program management abilities along with an understanding of the Head Start philosophy and it’s principle of shared authority and decision making. Some travel within and outside of seven county service area. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check. The salary range for this position is $44,870 - $51,943 annually. Transit Driver NEICAC Transit is looking for caring individual as a part-time Driver for Guttenberg and surrounding areas. Position available immediately. Must have or be able to secure a Class C CDL license with air brakes & passenger endorsement upon hiring. Transit will assist with securing license.
