Woolen Mill Apartments in Downtown Decorah
A beautifully renovated historical building close to shopping and city services

Woolen Mill opened November 1, 2002 after a successful and well-attended open house on October 30, 2002. It is a multi-family, low income tax credit development. There are income eligibility guidelines and other program requirements. To be income eligible, your total household income, including income from assets, must be less than or equal to the pre-set income limit for the area. For management to make this determination, they will need to conduct an interview with you to determine all income and assets and then verify this information through appropriate sources.
