NEICAC Senior Housing LP built this 16 unit, 1 bedroom complex in 1998. This is a Low Income Tax Credit Housing development. You must be 55 or older and meet income guidelines. To be income eligible, your total household income, including income from assets, must be less than or equal to the pre-set income limit for the area. For management to make this determination, they will need to conduct an interview with you to determine all income and assets and then verify this information through appropriate sources.
