Family Services Program
The FaDSS (Family Development Self-Sufficiency) program provides case management for families that are attempting to leave welfare. Families that are recipients of the Iowa Department of Human Service's Family Investment Program (FIP) volunteer to become FaDSS families. Our trained FaDSS Specialists help these families identify and overcome the barriers that have been preventing them from achieving self-sufficiency.
